Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, order processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Our standard delivery time is between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and the local postal service.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, flight delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
In rare cases, deliveries may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
We proudly offer free standard shipping worldwide.
If faster or express delivery options are available for your region, they will be displayed at checkout along with the additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or via our tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details (full name, street address, city, postal code, and phone number).
If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@dapperblom.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to recharge shipping costs for resending.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we work closely with trusted shipping partners, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or postal disruptions.
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@dapperblom.com so we can assist in locating it.
In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will investigate the issue with the courier and work toward a fair resolution.
International Shipping & Customs
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we have no control over them. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
