At DAPPERBLOM, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make the return and refund process smooth and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags or labels attached.

  • Certain items, such as pet food, grooming products, or hygiene-related items, cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

  • Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dapperblom.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  • Our customer support team will provide return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps required.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return package.

3. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to replace an item with a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@dapperblom.com with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange either a replacement at no cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Important Notes
  • All return requests must be submitted within the allowed 14-day period.

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team may not be accepted.

  • DAPPERBLOM is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments; please keep proof of postage.
